This is in ADDITION to your Government Fee (paid directly to the "U.S. Department of State"). Our company fee is paid online when you book your appointment with us. Your government fee is paid with a money order or cashier’s check. See below for government fees: Government Fee for anyone 16 or older: Passport Book $212.05 Passport Card* $112.05 (not valid for international travel*) Passport Book and Card* $242.05 Government Fee for a Minor 15 and under: Passport Book $182.05 Passport Card* $97.05 (not valid for international travel*) Passport Book and Card* $197.05 Make Money order or Cashier Check payable to: U.S. Department of State Step 1 – Order Your Passport by Scheduling an Appointment Step 2 – Gather your documents and complete electronic forms sent to you upon booking. Step 3 – Complete your virtual appointment and FedEx Your documents to our Office*** ***IMPORTANT!! If you are a first time passport applicant (or require a DS11), you will have to do an person appointment to verify your ID and sign in front of an agent. At this appointment, your agent will give you back all your documents in a taped/sealed envelope. This is what you ship to us for step 3. All passports are processed in our main office and once finished, your passport and original documents will be shipped back to you via FedEx. If you are renewing your passport (or using the DS82 application), you will not have an in person appointment.
